We provide 2 “fill your own” sandbags for the buckets, to be filled with sand, dirt, gravel etc. Sandbags are used when playing on grass or pavement. At the beach or when boating, just scoop up some sand to weigh down the bucket while playing.
By design - only one bucket has a rope handle to carry everything.
