Logo & Trademark

There are a few things we CHERISH and LOVE here at RedNeck Horseshoes, Inc: the toss game, our mom, taco Tuesday’s, and of course the RedNeck Horseshoe logo and trademarks. So please do not ever use the RedNeck Horseshoe logo and trademarks, including slogans, without prior written consent from RedNeck Horseshoes, Inc.

Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship. If items become delayed or backordered, we will call you or send you an email.

Invoicing

All invoicing is pro forma (payment due in full prior to shipping from RedNeck Horseshoes Inc.)

All prices are F.O.B. RedNeck Horseshoes Inc and are subject to change without notice.

Inspection

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery and only accept merchandise received in good condition. If you opt to accept delivery of merchandise that may appear to be damaged, please make a note of the items that were received damaged, next to your signature accepting the merchandise. Should this happen, please notify RedNeck Horseshoes Inc. immediately and be certain to retain all original packaging.

Warranty and Returns

Manufacturers defects are covered for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. You may return for a credit towards any new merchandise shipped in error or which, upon inspection, is found to be defective in workmanship or materials.

For products returned in saleable condition or orders cancelled after seven (7) days of receipt by us, there will be a handling and restocking charge of 20%.

Email Support@RedNeckHorseshoes.com for a written return authorization to be included with returned merchandise.

Manufacturers defects are covered for a period of up to 90-days from the date of purchase.

Claims

Claims for damages, shortages or nonconforming goods must be filed with RedNeck Horseshoes Inc. within seven (7) days after shipping.

The purchaser waives any right to set off or hold back amounts paid or due hereunder against any other amounts owed for other merchandise purchased from RedNeck Horseshoes Inc.
